GXL Power Distribution Cabinet

■Overview

The GXL Power Distribution Cabinet is suitable for power supply systems with AC 50(60)Hz and voltage up to 690V, used for power or lighting distribution. It is applicable to industrial and mining enterprises as well as various civil buildings, and is equipped with overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection. This product complies with the standard GB7251.1 Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies.

■Application

It is suitable for circuits with a rated voltage of 220V or 380V, used for controlling and distributing power to electrical equipment, and providing protection against overload, short circuit, leakage, and overvoltage of the lines. This product complies with the GB7251.1-2005 standard.

■Structural Features

The cabinet body is made of high-quality steel plates through bending and welding, with a surface treatment of electrostatic spraying, and adopts floor-mounted installation. The cabinet door is generally a single door, and can also be divided into upper and lower doors. To improve the protection class after the cabinet door is opened, a secondary door can be added to expose the component operation part outside the secondary door, which greatly enhances the personal safety of operators.

The top of the outdoor protection type power distribution box is equipped with a rain shelter. The door and cabinet body adopt U-shaped double flanging and are embedded with rubber strips, achieving a Protection Class of IP54.

■Operating Environment

★The ambient temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not be higher than +35℃.

★The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at +40℃. A higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, but condensation caused by temperature changes shall be taken into account (e.g., 90% at +20℃).

★The equipment shall be installed in a place free from severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components are not subject to corrosion.

★The inclination angle of the equipment relative to the ground shall not exceed 5 degrees.

★If users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.

■Installation and Usage

★After the goods arrive at the site, check whether the packaging is intact and whether the product has scratches or collisions. If there is any problem, notify the manufacturer in a timely manner.

★The product is installed under a channel steel base or a cement base; welding or bolt connection can be adopted. The channel steel base shall be prepared by the user.

★The interior of the cabinet shall be dry and clean, and the components shall operate flexibly without jamming or excessive operating force.

★Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance, which shall not be less than 1 megohm.
