■ Scope of Application
This scheme is applicable to the power supply systems of high-rise comprehensive large office buildings.
■ System Features
With the continuous development of the national economy, network information-based office work has become an inevitable choice for modern offices. The stability of the power supply system will directly affect the enterprise’s system management; therefore, functional-based power distribution has become the first choice for most users. This scheme separates the power supply systems for lighting, air conditioning, and computers for independent power supply—these systems do not interfere with each other, preventing large-scale power outages and subsequent data loss caused by a fault in any single system.
Since the power supply system consists of multiple busway trunk lines, each trunk line is equipped with an MCPF-2 Busway Intelligent Detection, Protection and Control Device to ensure the normal operation of the power supply system.
The MCPF-2 Busway Intelligent Detection, Protection and Control Device has two core functions: overtemperature alarm and ultimate alarm. When the system operating temperature exceeds the allowable temperature rise of the busway during operation, it sends a busway fault signal. If the fault is not eliminated in a timely and effective manner, the controller will send a danger signal again and cut off the main power supply of the system, ensuring the safety of the power supply system.
Busway trunking systems with high protection levels provide a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the system, improving the system’s stability and reliability. Busways with a protection level of up to IP65 can effectively prevent insulation degradation or even short circuits caused by humidity in the basement, fire-fighting water, or water leakage from the building. For the vertical shaft section (which is less affected by external factors), the protection level of the busway can be appropriately reduced.
Each floor is equipped with a socket interface on the busway, facilitating tapping and quick installation. The current rating of the tap switch box can be selected arbitrarily according to load requirements.
