■ Overview
The JXF Distribution Box is suitable for AC power supply systems with a frequency of 50(60)Hz and a voltage up to 690V. It is used for power distribution or lighting distribution, and applicable to industrial and mining enterprises as well as various civil buildings. It is equipped with overload protection, short-circuit protection and leakage protection. This product complies with GB7251.3, the national standard for distribution boards (boxes).

■ Application
It is suitable for terminal circuits of single-phase three-wire or three-phase five-wire systems with a rated voltage of 220V or 380V, and a total current of single-row loads not exceeding 100A. It is used for controlling and distributing power to electrical equipment, and provides protection against overload, short-circuit, leakage and overvoltage of the lines. This product complies with the standard GB7251.3-2006.
■ Structural Features
The cabinet is made of high-quality steel plates through bending and welding, with an electrostatic spraying surface treatment. It supports wall-mounted or wall-embedded installation and is equipped with a single-door.
For the outdoor protective power distribution box, a rain shelter is added on the top. The door and cabinet adopt U-shaped double folding edges with embedded rubber strips, achieving a protection class of IP54.
■ Operating Environment
★ The ambient temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃.
★ The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at +40℃. A higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, but condensation caused by temperature changes shall be taken into account (e.g., 90% relative humidity is allowed at +20℃).
★ The equipment shall be installed in a location free from severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components are not exposed to corrosion.
★ The inclination of the equipment relative to the ground shall not exceed 5 degrees.
★ For special requirements, users can negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.
■ Installation and Usage
★ After the goods arrive at the site, check whether the packaging is intact and whether the product has scratches or collisions. If any problem is found, notify the manufacturer in a timely manner.
★ The product shall be installed on a channel steel base or concrete base, and can be fixed by welding or bolt connection. The channel steel base shall be prepared by the user.
★ The interior of the cabinet shall be dry and clean, and the components shall operate flexibly without jamming or excessive operating force.
★ Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance value, which shall not be less than 1 megaohm.
