The safe power supply trolley busway device is widely used in electric hoists, electric beam cranes, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, loaders, stackers and other storage-related equipment, as well as mobile power tools, automatic production lines, testing lines and all other equipment and locations requiring mobile power reception.

Our company produces four major series of safe trolley busways: HFP Multi-Pole Plastic Tube Type, HFJ Multi-Pole Aluminum Enclosure Type, HFD Single-Pole Aluminum Alloy Combined Type, and HFG Steel Conductor Type. The operating current ranges from a minimum of 50A to a maximum of 2200A. We also produce DHC Cable Trolley Lines as supporting products for explosion-proof mobile equipment. Our products can meet the requirements of various industries for safe trolley busways.

The HFP series products have a fixed length of 4 meters, with the current-carrying rail material being T2 electrical copper. For Serial Nos. 9-24, two specifications of trolley busways (standard type and dust-proof type) are available, and the corresponding current collectors are universal. For Serial Nos. 1-8, 15, 16, 20, 21, and 22, arc tubes with a radius of more than 1.2 meters can be processed.


■ Basic Technical Parameters of HFJ Aluminum Alloy Tubular Trolley Busway

HFJ series products have a fixed length of 4 meters, and can be processed to manufacture arc tubes with a radius of more than 1.2 meters. The current-carrying material is T2 electrical copper. HFJ series products are suitable for cranes used in outdoor open-air locations and high-temperature environments.


■ Basic Technical Parameters of HFD Aluminum Alloy Single-Pole Trolley Busway

HFD series products have a fixed length of 6 meters, and the current-carrying rail is made of LD3 aluminum profile.The HFD single-pole H-type trolley busway is suitable for high-power hoisting equipment. 1Cr18Ni9 (a type of stainless steel) is press-fitted into the current-carrying groove.
