PRODUCT DETAILS
■ Overview
The XM Power Distribution Box is suitable for AC power supply systems with a frequency of 50(60)Hz and voltage up to 400V. It is used for lighting branch circuit distribution, and can also be used for low-capacity power distribution. Equipped with overload, short-circuit and leakage protection, it is applicable to industrial and mining enterprises as well as various civil buildings.
■ Model Meaning

■ Technical Data
★ Rated operating voltage: 380V/220V
★ Rated operating frequency: 50HZ (60HZ)
★ Rated operating current: 20 - 250A (can be increased when using moulded case circuit breakers)
★ Rated short-time (1S) withstand current: 10KA (can be increased when using moulded case circuit breakers)
★ Protection class: IP40, IP54

■ Structural Features
The cabinet is entirely made of steel plates through bending and welding, consisting of the cabinet body, frame, main door, secondary door, mounting plate, and other components. The secondary door covers all live parts and wires, making the distribution box safer and more aesthetically pleasing.
For the flush-mounted distribution box, the frame, main door, secondary door, and mounting plate are connected as an integral unit. Circuit breakers are installed and wired within this integral unit to form an independent module. The cabinet body can be pre-built into the wall first; when needed, the pre-installed and wired independent module is inserted into the cabinet body and fixed with screws. This greatly simplifies on-site installation and prevents damage to or loss of circuit breakers during on-site construction. The depth to which the independent module is inserted into the cabinet body is adjustable: the cabinet body can protrude from the wall by a maximum of 10mm or be recessed into the wall by a maximum of 20mm.
Generally, modular miniature circuit breakers such as C65 and NC100 are used, and the main switch can adopt a moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB).
■ Operating Environment
★ The ambient temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +30℃.
★ The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, but condensation caused by temperature changes must be taken into account (e.g., 90% relative humidity is permitted at +20℃).
★ The equipment is for indoor installation and use, and the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.
★ The equipment shall be installed in a location free from severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components are not exposed to corrosion.
★ For special requirements, users may negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.
■ Installation and Usage
★ After the goods arrive at the site, check whether the packaging is intact and whether the product has scratches or collision damage. If any issues are found, notify the manufacturer promptly.
★ The interior of the cabinet shall be dry and clean, and the components shall operate flexibly without jamming or excessive operating force.
★ Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance, which shall not be less than 1 megaohm.
★ For the flush-mounted cabinet body, the maximum protrusion from the wall shall not exceed 10mm, and the maximum recession into the wall shall not exceed 20mm.
★ For the surface-mounted cabinet body, the installation wall shall be flat, or the four screw fixing points shall be level. If the wall is uneven, gaskets shall be added for adjustment to ensure the cabinet body is not distorted and the main door opens and closes flexibly without jamming.
■ Ordering Information
Users shall provide the following information when placing an order:
★ Primary system diagram and secondary schematic diagram.
★ The product’s incoming and outgoing line methods, and whether to reserve knockout holes for incoming and outgoing wires.
★ Installation method (surface-mounted or flush-mounted).
★ For flush-mounted cabinet bodies: whether to weld grounding flat iron, and the position of the grounding flat iron.
★ Color code or sample for surface spraying.
★ Special requirements that are inconsistent with the product’s normal use conditions.
